As the contact between the basement rocks and the Nama System is followed northward it is found that, north of the Tiras mountains, there is interposed between them another system of considerable thickness and embracing a great variety of rocks. This has been named the Konkip System by Dr. Range from the fact that the Konkip River has its source in the area by which it is occupied. The writer was afforded opportunities of studying them to report on mineral deposits within it. The results of his observations are given in this report
