The habits of Angolosaurus skoogi are little known, they are highly adapted to its unique environment. The use of the vegetationless and generally resource-depauperated dunes in thermoregulation emphasizes the importance of attaining and maintaining body temperature in a context other than as a simple concession to foraging or social processes
