The research work carried out in the coastal parts of the Central Namib Desert between the delta of the Kuiseb river in the south and Mile 30 in the north, and at the middle part of the Tumas river showed that the Quaternary landform evolution of these regions consists essentially of a repeated alteration of stages of arid-stable geomorphic environment with stages of humid-active geomorphic environment. The evolution of landforms of that part of the Kuiseb river situated between Hudaob and Gobabeb were studied and at least a relative geochronology of the gramadulla incision were tried to obtain
