Article deals with the trapping of hawks and falcons by means of the balchatri technique. Once trapped they are ringed, photographed and measured in detail and then again released. Amongst some species it is important to photograph them in larger numbers to collect the variations in number of plumage types. Particular success can be achieved in trapping large numbers of kestrels, eagle, goshwak, falcon, kite and buzzard
