Summary: Highly interesting observation was made in DE concerning the European Swallow, R493, (Rauchschwalbe) and the House Martin, R507, (Mehlschwalbe) both visitors in Namibia. A nest with 4 young crossbreds was discovered, all four having also been ringed. This is the 10th report for DE. Has such a mixed swallow ever being observed in Namibia
