| Summary, etc. | In this chapter two groups are described, Nharo and Hai//om. They live more than 500 kilometers from each other and are not in contact. They have different environments and are incorporated in two different nation-states. A comparison between Hai//om settlement patterns taken as a whole and those of the Nharo taken as a whole shows that the establishment of commercial farms can have quite different effects, although the process appears similar on the surface |
